Occasionally a senior will have a vision for a session that is at a place we photograph at often, but with a different look than we usually get there. Elise imagined a more moody version of Botanical Gardens. Less light and bright fountain photos, more moody dramatic lighting and spooky fairy garden energy.

This is fun for us because it helps us use a location we love to be at (the sheer diversity of plant life at Botanical Gardens is a photographer’s dream) and challenges us to capture a different feeling in that space. As Green Bay Photographers, we’re blessed to have so many different types of landscapes to photograph in — woods, water, flowers, waterfall, rustic areas, and urban downtowns. Botanical Gardens is right out our back doors and it’s the perfect place to get much of this.
